Seller reviewAs stated, I live out of state, and due to the demands of my job, it was very difficult for me to continue to travel to Florida to manage my father's estate. Maria did everything in her power to network and locate local resources to ensure this sale minimized the impact on my life. Also, everything was handled virtually, which made the process much more manageable. I disclosed the medical challenges of my father to Maria and she was understanding and compassionate. It should not be underestimated how absolutely priceless her approach was during this period in my life. I am not sure how manageable this process would have been without the Maria's knowledge of the community, knowledge of local resources, and having an understanding of my unique situation.

Seller reviewWe listed a condo with Maria for sale. She was exceptional throughout the process! Maria was so quick to answer a question, give updates and keep us informed throughout the process. She was knowledgeable and quick to clarify anything we asked! Maria was extremely efficient in coming to see the unit, taking photos and getting it listed. Not a wasted minute! It was under agreement in less than a week! We did not have one negative experience with Maria and highly recommend her, whether it be for a purchase or a sale! Although the process initially felt a bit overwhelming, there was really no reason for us to feel this way. Maria handled everything in a wonderful and professional manner!
