We enjoyed working with Mark to sell our condo. He was very good at communicating with us during the marketing phase and with initial offers so we moved ahead as quickly as possible. He took care of all the small details that he could do and he went out of his way to make the whole process as convenient to us as possible, seeing that we did not live close to the condo.

Mark's one of the best realtors I've ever worked with. He was able to really mine seller's-market conditions in our favor. His counsel on where to price our home was extremely savvy -- it resulted in competition among 10+ offerors that drove the final sale to more than 10% above asking price, without the tedium of a tedious bidding war. He did that while deftly keeping our expectations low. Mark doesn't farm out the scheduling of showings -- he does them himself so he can speak to every buyer's agent. And how he handled buyers-agent conversations is his party trick. He provided each with just enough information about what he was hearing from others to drive offering prices upwards. It has the effect of treating buyers with respect by being highly transparent. Mark's system of helping us weigh 10 offers was great. It put us in a position to simply pick the best all-around offer without putting a long list of offerors through the torture of a second round of bidding. The offer we accepted was significantly higher than even our wildest dreams, and its terms were what we wanted. I give Mark credit for, in effect, pulling forth offers that reflected our specific priorities. He's really, really good.
