Seller reviewI met with Mary Hicks a few times looking for guidance on what improvements I could take for a better selling price. She was very knowledgeable on the do's and don't do. During the negotiation and closing there were major issues requiring contractor's needed, and needed immediately for timely closing. Her knowledge and great bonds built thru the years are a tribute to her.
