As first time home buyers, my wife and I were just about at our capacity with internet research about the home buying process. When we were finally ready to make some real moves, we reached out to Maureen after being referred by multiple close friends. From the moment we first got in contact with her, we were in constant communication thereafter. Maureen was eager to help and ready to move at our pace, which was fast as lightning. We already knew the area and type of home we wanted, but Maureen was incredible when it came to offering opinions, extra options, and getting showings set up. When it came time to put in an offer, which was then luckily accepted, Maureen was simply on top of everything. She would answer our questions before we even asked them. Most importantly, I always felt in the loop regarding what was happening now and what would happen next. Maureen is the perfect agent for first time home buyers. We really didn't know much about the process, and she had no problem explaining each and every step in detail multiple times and really holding our hand through the entire thing. Overall, dealing with Maureen felt like I had the hookup of an old friend who was just doing me a favor by helping me buy a house. By this I mean, while totally professional, I didn't feel like I was dealing with some fake business person putting on a persona. I really felt like we were going through the process together as equals and I was never left in the dark. So friendly, helpful, and always responds to messages within minutes. Wether it's your first, second, or tenth home, I really couldn't imagine there being a better agent to work with.

I first contacted Maureen because I saw an ad on Zillow regarding homes for sale in Whiting. I did go with another broker once but he did not have enough knowledge or experience to put me at ease. I was in a very bad situation, living in Holiday City and had to sell my home and purchase one pretty quickly. I was very depressed and anxious. As soon as I met Maureen I was put at ease. She is understanding, helpful, and she sincerely cared. It made me feel so much better. She is an expert at what she does and is very kind and patient. Without Maureen, I don't think I would have been able to complete these two transactions. I was a complete hot mess. But Maureen put me at ease. She is a lovely girl and knows the area to a tee. I would definitely call on her again and I would definitely refer my friends and family to her. She is very very knowledgeable about these transactions and extremely good at helping her clients. Because she genuinely cares. I cannot express in words how Maureen handled these transactions. She is top notch. She is an agent who always cares about her client. She helped me find my home here in Whiting. What else can I say? She is fantastic. I had little or no interaction with the office, so it would be hard for me to comment here. My experience would have been much for difficult if I didn't have Maureen on my side, helping me the whole entire way, and assuring me when I started to get tense. She is a wonderful agent and a special gift for Century 21!! Her kindness is what pulled me through.

As first time home buyers my husband and I had no idea what we were getting ourselves into, but thankfully we had Maureen who was on top of everything and was able to guide us through this process. As we all know this process is not easy but Maureen will go above and beyond for her clients. Maureen went above and beyond for us. We were able to reach her any time any day. She always answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. She helped us find our mortgage rep as well. Maureen has been in the business for so long so she is extremely knowledgable on the areas that we were looking in. Maureen was a pleasure to work with, she is so kind and really wants you to be 100% comfortable with what you are purchasing. I would highly recommend Maureen to my friends and family.
