I recently sold my home in Holmdel, NJ. Maureen Monte was my Realtor. She did an exceptional job. Although it took a long time to sell my home, Maureen was always focused on the end result. She always stayed positive, even when I was not sure if I was ever going to sell my home. Maureen was very professional and patient when she was dealing with the township regarding permits and understanding the township requirements. She hosted many open houses for me and went the extra mile always having candy or little snacks for the potential buyers. She always followed up with every one that came to the house and gave me their feedback. When I did get an offer on my home, Maureen worked very hard to negotiate the best price for me. She was in constant communication with the buyers realtor, and communicated with me during each step of the process. This was not an easy process right until the end.
