We've bought three houses and sold two, and Miogene is far and away the best realtor we've ever worked with. She's highly responsive, deeply knowledgeable, intuitively understands your needs with little guidance, and has a wonderful way of explaining and educating without pretense. Any one of those qualities would have made for a good home buying experience, but it's very rare that someone possess them all and more.

I just got really lucky to work with Miogene. It was totally accidental. I was just looking online for a house and Miogene was so attentive and understanding to everything I said I was looking for. She is a gem and I'm so glad I had the opportunity to meet her. She makes other realtors pale in comparison. She's such a hard worker, very diligent and amazingly doesn't try to push you into anything just to get a sale. I felt like she was truly working for what I wanted. I wouldn't work with anyone else but Miogene. She's the best realtor I've ever met.

Miogene was very knowledgeable of the area and was able to find us what we wanted in a location we liked while staying within our budget. It was the first time we had bought a new build home and she made sure to point out things that we should watch out for during the process, and was there to help us with all of our questions every step of the way. I highly recommend her!

I use Yelp quite a bit and participate in it as well. Miogene had fabulous reviews and her website was well developed. Since I am in another state, I needed someone that could be my advocate and be completely honest with me. Everything I read indicated that this would be Miogene. She turned out to be the ultimate professional. I would recommend her over and over again and, in fact, did. I went straight onto my Facebook page and let all of my friends know that if they had any real estate needs in the DFW Metroplex, to give Miogene a call.

Miogene Alexander is awesome! She knew the area, had expertise about all things house related like construction, materials, costs, loan details, neighborhoods, schools, etc. In addition to that, with the aggressive market, she was fast and prompt and available, which is a necessity. She was available to answer questions at all times and even helped with other housing questions not related to buying/selling. Would definitely recommend and use Miogene again!
