Seller reviewWe have used Miogene to buy and sell our first home, and purchase our second home. She is always available for questions and concerns, responds quickly and honestly, and follows through with what she says she will do, above and beyond. She handled any bumps along the way of the selling process with professionalism and ease, minimizing the stress we (as sellers / buyers / working parents of 4) had to deal with ourselves. We would have never been able to sell our house, purchase our new house, and do all of the negotiating on both ends that she is able to do. She has immense knowledge of the entire process, is great at problem solving when issues arise, has fantastic people skills when going between buyers and sellers, and is open and honest about it all. Plus, she truly cares about her clients. You aren't just a number with Miogene; you're like family. We hope she never retires!

Seller reviewWhen we first thought about selling our house, we talked with Miogene and she was upbeat and positive about it selling. She demonstrated her knowledge of real estate and gave a sense of confidence in the ability to get it sold at a price we would be happy with. Although we considered other agents, one of the reasons we decided Miogene was the best choice was her ability to explain to us her understanding of the importance of determining if a potential buyer was a serious candidate. She discussed her approach to checking out the sale of their property, their ability to qualify for a loan to purchase our house and ways she would work to make sure all those things came together smoothly. In the end, she did exactly what we had chosen her for and from contract to closing, she was attentive to every detail. We believe Miogene did an outstanding job of marketing our property through a variety of sources.
