Working with Nick made the whole process of selling our home a very positive experience. Nick is definitely a professional in real estate. He listened to our priorities when formulating a marketing plan and executed that plan seamlessly. He cared very much about us as his client and was there to answer ALL of our questions....and there were ALOT of questions. We would trust Nick again to get us through the process of buying or selling our home! (Bonus: he has a great accent and a sense of humor!)

Nick was extremely patient with us!! It took us 2 years to find the right house. He remained patient and never gave up on us. Nick was always attentive and accessible no matter what time of day. He listened to our wants and needs. He had relevant comments and suggestions. But knew when to step back and give us time. Especially when we were so undecided as to where we wanted to live. Nick is very kind, patient, and hard working. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. We definitely will use Nick again and refer him to friends and family.

Nick was the best - he handled everything like the experienced professional he is. Nick took care of everything, he answered our questions before we could even ask them. He kept us informed with frequent progress reports and always indicated the next steps to be taken. We had added an advanced structural component to our house that some realtors and clients had difficulty appreciating. Nick had the knowledge and experience to explain everything to them. I can't speak highly enough of Nick, it was an absolute a pleasure to work with him. He was always accessible - even, what I would consider to be, outside of normal work hours. This was our very first time to use a realtor, previously we had only purchased property and the mobile home back in 1983. Nick came to us highly recommended from my grandson in law Brant Whitley. He sang Nick's praises very high and I needed someone that was willing to go the extra mile with all the difficulties we had with this property. Nick was very polite and was willing to contribute anything he could to make this happen for us. I know that the other agents we spoke to would not have put in the extra work and I am very, extremely happy with his services. He had to work on the selling probably a lot more than he ever had to with all the extra questions that were specific to this location and the extra complications we had. As I mentioned I cannot sing high enough praises for Nick. The task he had with our property was somewhat difficult and he stuck it out and really worked on it to sell it for the most money would could get. He is an asset to your company and I hope that he is given this feedback so he knows I really appreciate everything he did for us. This is our fist experience in using a realtor/agent and Nick was very patient with all our questions, he was knowledgeable and was very prompt in returning any text/calls.
