The entire sales process took less time than expected primarily because Nick didn't waste any time. Nick quickly evaluated the market, the property and developed a plan within a matter of hours. Nick communicated via phone, text and email throughout the first week and weekend open house. We always knew where we stood in the sales process. Nick was invaluable in negotiating various aspects of the multiple offers. Nick helped maximize our net cash from the deals. Nick was amazing to work with. His attention to detail was unmatched! He was involved from the first step to beyond closing. Nick was great to work with! He was personally recommended by two of our neighbors and he did not disappoint!! He seemed to be the only agent we interviewed that appreciated the improvemts we had made and what our house could be worth.
