Her Market Analyses were good and she even has a list of good contractors if you need them! Pam understands condominium purchases involve more than just the unit you are buying. She understands about associations and to look into their disclosures and financials to see if the association fees are adequate to cover all costs (to avoid ugly, unexpected large assessments in the future). Can't say enough good about Pam. We have purchased and sold many properties in our life time and she stands out as one of the top agents we have worked with. I have already referred Pam to my sister who is looking to sell her home and get into something without the outside maintenance.

We worked with Pam Hendrickson on several occasions in the past and were always impressed by her attention to detail, knowledge of the home buying process and most importantly, negotiating skills. Some years ago we interviewed a handful of agents and it was a clear cut decision to work with Pam. Her talents as an agent, professionalism and personality very much aligned with ours.
