Pam was able to answer each one of our questions and walk us through various houses so we could start to get an idea of what we were really looking for. We absolutely loved Pam's philosophy of "the right home will come along" and after seeing roughly 25 homes we are so glad we ended up buying the home we did! Pam is so thoughtful, flexible, and she fully dove into the home buying process with us. She was so invested in finding us the right house!! Seller reviewThere are not adequate words to describe the fantastic service Pam provided. In the purchase of our new home she was a tough but fair negotiator, always with our best interest in mind. She went to bat for items we never thought we would / could ask of the seller and she won! Pam also handled the sale of our previous home of 24 years. She was considerate of our emotions in selling the home in which we raised our family while providing feedback and solid direction about how to stage our home to sell. Her methods turned out to be spot on because we sold our home in three weeks with a very strong buyer and above asking price. We don't think you could go wrong by selecting Pam to handle your home purchase or sale.

Buyer reviewWe really enjoyed working with Pam Hendrickson. She was very knowledgeable of the local area, and a pleasure to work with during the home search process. As we were relocating from out-of-state, we had limited time on the ground to look for homes. Pam helped us to assemble a solid yet diverse group of homes in our target area and price range. The result was that on our single 2-day house hunting trip, we were able to successfully find a great home that met all of our requirements, and have an offer accepted on day two. Post-inspection, Pam really went above and beyond in working through the agreed follow-ups, including meeting with contractors at the house numerous times to make sure work was quoted and completed as agreed. Would definitely work with Pam again, and recommend her to others as well.
