They made themselves available for us when we needed them. They were quick to respond to any message we sent them. They made decisions with our best interests in mind. They thought out of the box during negotiations to help get us the best deal possible. When presented with a challenging situation, they were quick to figure out a resolution with our best interests in mind and communicated to us directly without holding back information.
