She did a great job at negotiating with the other agent while maintaining a good relationship, and was very knowledgeable, informative, and helpful during the entire selling process.

We didn't make it easy), dependable, and effective. She sold our property in one day! She helped us get over the asking amount and many excellent terms. She helped us navigate many challenging aspects of getting our home ready to sell, going above and beyond to get the house ready...having that kind of personal attention was amazing. We felt well taken care of and we could tell we were in excellent hands so much so that it put our minds at ease and we knew everything was going to not only be okay, but optimal. I still can't get over the personal attention she gave us, meeting each of our needs, helping us with each concern--so patiently and knowledgeably. She has years of knowledge in the Nevada and Placer county communities and helped us find a home in Cascade Crossings. The exchange of contracts and closing were easy and seamless. We felt like the negotiation of price and terms was fair for both buying and selling parities. Phyllis has a great attention to detail and was extremely thoughtful throughout the process. Escrow/money handling was easy and the inspections set up by Phyllis were efficient and timely. If there were another category ABOVE Excellent, I would mark that for Phyllis. She's the best! If you're looking for that personal touch and someone who really has your best interest in mind, it's Phyllis. She's in this profession for all of the right reasons and is a people person to the core. We felt really feel taken care of with her help through the entire buying process.
