She has years of knowledge in the Nevada and Placer county communities and helped us find a home in Cascade Crossings. The exchange of contracts and closing were easy and seamless. We felt like the negotiation of price and terms was fair for both buying and selling parities. Phyllis has a great attention to detail and was extremely thoughtful throughout the process. Escrow/money handling was easy and the inspections set up by Phyllis were efficient and timely. If there were another category ABOVE Excellent, I would mark that for Phyllis. She's the best! If you're looking for that personal touch and someone who really has your best interest in mind, it's Phyllis. She's in this profession for all of the right reasons and is a people person to the core. We felt really feel taken care of with her help through the entire buying process. She went above and beyond showing us houses all over as quickly as they hit the market. She always had our best interest at heart and was very understanding about the needs of our family. Phyllis wrote a great offer and negotiated us a great price. In our particular case as a home buyer, there were some rough spots on the road to closing and in every instance Phyllis was a great help and worked extremely hard for us. She is loyal to her customer, considerate to their needs, doe's not argue with you, brings out great points, and bad points of the property, gives you suggestions to take or leave, never speaks of her benefits she will receive from the sale, always bubbly, and full of energy, and you don't feel any pressure to make a decision. She made me feel at home, and in the company of a good friend who really wanted me to be happy with my decision. I'm very glad God brought Phillis into my life Phillis was with me at every meeting about the property. Never left my side. Great support All I can say is she was excellent through the whole process All personal I dealt with at Century 21 office where always helpful, and the cream of the crop, and very professional I will use Century 21 nd Phyllis's services again in the future, in fact, Phyllis will keep a folder on me and my property in case of my demise, so my children only need to contact her to help them tend to my estate.
