She is prompt, she is predictable, and is a safe bet to get any sale done. The best thing about Phyllis is her approachability. She faces awkward and sometimes touchy negotiations head-on; but she does so with class and kindness. She is able to maneuver through difficult situations with her charm and talent of multitasking.
