I was impressed with Ron Clark's tenaciousness in advertising my home for sale. He is a born promoter. And, if an issue surfaced, Ron was exceptionally adept at diagnosis, and implementing the answer, and following up. He was my bulldog!!

Ron was great. My husband had seen a house for sale and had called Ron about what else was in the area, the next day we went in to see Ron and went through a list with our criteria to see what was available. We went and saw houses on our own and then we narrowed down our search with Ron and looked at a few open houses. The one we settled on was actually under contract with with another buyer so we kept looking, but found nothing. We were starting to get frustrated by the market but Ron kept sending us houses to look at while keeping a look on the one that we had fallen in love with. About a week after we had seen the house Ron called and told us that that particular house was back on the market. We made a written offer that day and submitted it. Ron walked us through the whole process and explained what everything meant. He helped us get with a home loan specialist and turn everything in on time and with the correct verbiage. Our offer was submitted and ultimately the one that was chosen for our current home. My husband and I wouldn't have wanted any other person to walk us through this process and when we are ready to sell this current property and look for a new one Ron is who we will be calling.

Ron Clark was very knowledgeable on selling our house.He was very personal with us and he cared about the sell of the property. He was patient with us and listen to what we wanted. My brother and I were completely happy with the outcome of the sell of the property. Yes, we got more than expected for the sell of the house.
