She had to scramble at times to insure certain paperwork was correctly completed (due to someThing we may not have done correctly Or not understood) and she handled it so tactfully yet efficiently. Even though Roxane was so busy with other clients, she made us feel #1 and seemed like she'd drop what she was doing to handle our issues. What A GEM!!!

There were several stresses with the 30 day loan deadline but Roxane helped me get through each hurdle with continuous support. Roxane always took the time to explain when I was unfamiliar with the language and she stayed in close contact with the mortgage broker. That was very helpful to me.
