Buyer reviewVery good agent, actually, much better than very good agent, excellent agent would be more like it! Roxane always called or texted me back when I had questions within a very short period of time and always got me the answers that I needed. If I ever need another agent to sell, or buy a another property Roxane will be the agent I call no matter who she works for!!!

Seller reviewSince I don't live in the area the house is located in, a friend who does live in the area, went into Century 21 Cornerstone Realty to speak with agents who might be able to help me. My friend was very impressed with Roxane and highly recommended her to me. Roxane was very proactive in regard to the sale and kept a close eye on all the deadlines as we moved through the sale process. Roxane was very helpful and gave me good advice.

Roxane pounced to get us in right away so that we could see a house we were interested that just hit the market. Roxane then very quickly put together a competitive offer that the sellers ending up accepting. Roxane was helpful in sharing her knowledge of various resources for us to utilize re: repairs needing to be done on home we were purchasing. She never hesitated to not only meet them at the house but arranged for many local contractors to give bids for needed work. Extremely helpful. Even after the close of escrow, she continues to assist me. Highly recommend her!
