My career in real estate is my passion. I have lived in the Northern Virginia area for 27 years and been an active, full time, Realtor for almost 20 years. I receive the majority of my business in the form of client referrals due to my very high level of customer service, honesty and dedication. I love being a Realtor because it is a challenge. It is never boring and I get the opportunity to meet and get to know many different people that I probably would not have met in any other venue. I believe that you should love your home (if at all possible) since you fall asleep there every night and wake up there every morning. Sandy's expertise got our property to market as quickly as possible and in the best showing condition which resulted in multiple top dollar offers as soon as we listed. Then, she helped us negotiate with the potential buyers and strategically select the best offer. We gave Sandy a renvoation budget, full control, and let her put her experience and expertise to work for our benefit. She promised to take good care of us, we promised to stay out of her way.
