My career in real estate is my passion. I have lived in the Northern Virginia area for 27 years and been an active, full time, Realtor for almost 20 years. I receive the majority of my business in the form of client referrals due to my very high level of customer service, honesty and dedication. I love being a Realtor because it is a challenge. It is never boring and I get the opportunity to meet and get to know many different people that I probably would not have met in any other venue. I believe that you should love your home (if at all possible) since you fall asleep there every night and wake up there every morning. Seller reviewOur experience of working with Sandy Chandler was as positive as this stressful event could be. We thought we would wait till late June to sell our house but Sandy encouraged us to sell it in early Spring to take advantage of a hot real estate market. We are glad we followed her advise as we sold the house in just a few days and got an excellent price for it. Sandy is marvelous to work with. She priced the house just right... we have seen houses priced too high and then just sit unsold. She was always in communication with us and answered every question. She is easy to work with, professional and friendly.
