My career in real estate is my passion. I have lived in the Northern Virginia area for 27 years and been an active, full time, Realtor for almost 20 years. I receive the majority of my business in the form of client referrals due to my very high level of customer service, honesty and dedication. I love being a Realtor because it is a challenge. It is never boring and I get the opportunity to meet and get to know many different people that I probably would not have met in any other venue. I believe that you should love your home (if at all possible) since you fall asleep there every night and wake up there every morning. Buyer reviewIn all of my years of buying and selling real estate, I have never worked with an agent that is so accommodating, well informed, and who works tirelessly to meet hopes and expectations. Sandy is absolutely solid when it comes to communication and facilitating a transaction. We have completed two transactions over the past seven weeks. One to buy a primary home while I was visiting Virginia in December 2020, and one as an investment property. The investment property search and sales transaction was completed after I returned to Prescott, Arizona. We visited the property via Zoom and it was a great experience. All in all, Sandy has worked with me to buy and/or sell five separate properties. Sandy is an absolute professional. She should be a trainer of trainers and leader among all other professional real estate agents. Sandy is the "go to professional agent"!

Seller reviewSandy is one of the best Realtors in Northern Virginia not only because of her experience, but she goes well above and beyond anything I have experienced to get a the best price for our property. With only a short time to get the property on the market for sale, Sandy got into her sweats, literally rolled her sleeves up, and scrubbed/waxed the floors herself to get them shiny and new for the photographer. It is what I would have done as the homeowner, but not what I ever thought a realtor would do. As a result of her incredible effort, we accepted an above asking price offer only three days after the house went on the market. That's the reason she's a top 100 agent. We needed someone who could get the job done in light of what's happening in the economy, and her performance was impressive! Thanks Sandy!
