Right from the start she paid a lot of attention to our needs and requirements.She magically managed to schedule showings in matter of hours for brand new listings .Every house we looked at she shared her knowledge about the property structure,if any remodeling was required she took quotes to give us a picture on how much we might have to spend after moving in .More than our realtor she was our counselor and guide .when we finalized our house she did a comprehensive analysis of comps in the area and then negotiated the deal for us .She kept us updated on where we are currently in terms of paper work during Escrow .Even after moving she checked on us everyday and even arranged for right contractors .Shefa we love you and we couldn't have asked for a better realtor than you !
