Seller reviewShefa made our house selling experience such a breeze .Even before putting our house in the market she sat with us numerous times to explain the process ahead and to prepare the house for showings .when she had to take couple of days off ,which she told us before listing ,she was always reachable and never missed even a single showing request . She went above and beyond to make sure she did ample open houses and was diligent with follow ups as well and finally she helped us choose the best offer and ensured a smooth closing . We couldn't have asked for a better realtor and person to help us with home selling !!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

She used to make sure to scan and personally go to the available homes before sending it to us. Shefa made each and every step so smooth and painless. She negotiated the sales price per market trends. She has good knowledge about the area. Shefa personally made visits during home inspection, repairs etc. She explained each and every document in the deal which is really imperative as there is lot of paper. Shefa followed up with us multiple times after we bought home. She made sure we are comfortable in our new place. I highly recommend HER .

Buyer reviewWe worked with Shefa and she did a fantastic job of finding out what we wanted and setting up a customized search for us. We would select properties to visit weekly (or sometimes faster) and she was very flexible about showing us them after hours and on weekends. She had a good sense for the value of houses and we saw several houses go by for the approximate value she stated. We lost one house but moved aggressively on the second and finally succeeded. She also helped us to find the right lender who gave us a good deal. She made the home buying experience effortless for us. Shefa also helped us to rent the house we currently live in and was able to get us many potential renters to choose from. We really appreciate her patience to answer our queries. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend her.

Once our offer was accepted on this home in particular, Shefa made the escrow process very easy for us. She drafted all of the necessary paperwork very quickly and handled conversation with the seller professionally.
