Our buying process began out of necessity when our family experienced a covid-related death and we planned to move my mother and children to Maryland for a fresh start. There were times when we would call late into the evening with concerns and she was responsive, even if it was just to tell us she would get back to us soon. We often joked with her that we thought we were her only clients because she made us feel that way! We truly appreciated Simone most at the end of our process when we had challenges getting the settlement details and date confirmed. Simone was relentless in her follow up with the builder, the lender and the appraiser. She took so much off our plates and was one step ahead in thinking at a time when we're were completely overwhelmed with the process. And as if all that wasn't enough, Simone bought my mother a closing gift that brought her tears of joy. I cannot say enough about how much we truly appreciated Simone as an agent; she has become like a member of our family. The only thing we are dissatisfied with is to learn that she will move on to other clients and we will no longer speak with her daily.
