Simone did so much for us during this home buying process when my wife and I thought so many times we couldn't do it and wanted to give up she assured us we could. And for that I am completely grateful for Simone and all she has done to help my wife and I complete our goal.

My mother referred Simone to me and at first I was not looking to buy a home because I did not have time to invest. Simone understood my point and she respected my decision. The forst time we met, she was on time and very professional. She explained how the process work and she even recommended me a mortgage company. Mind you I already had a preapproval, but I tried her local refferal and I am glad I did today. Mortgage Link got me a preapproval beating the interest rate I was going to get with Loan Depot. That was a great start and during the house search, she was constantly updating my search perimeter and requirement. We did a couple of house tour. We sent an offer to our first home and it was accepted. Simone and the seller's agent worked closely to get all the documents ready and abswer all our questions. She was always keeping updated at each steps of the process until the closing. The closing happened 35 days after the offer was accepted. We signed and we are finally ready to move to our new home in tine for Christmas. This is a very short review compared to all the good things I want to say about Simone.
