Stacey truly went above and beyond in every way possible when it came to selling our house. She was professional, insightful, dedicated, and incredibly kind throughout the process. Stacy Smith what is a breath of fresh air. She was always in command of the transaction, she never had to think about and/or get back to me with answers as she had them ostensibly I ready for immediate feedback. Stacy knew the market well, she had realistic expectations with regards to pricing and timing of the sale, and she had an extensive network of colleagues that she could interact with and utilize for additional exposure. Stacy's feedback was virtually always immediate but was certainly same day or within a couple of hours. She never created false hope but had great suggestions on what could be done to improve the value of the property. She understood the inspection process backwards and forwards and gave great guidance on how to interpret and react to things that the inspector brought up some of which were minor and some of which were slightly of greater concern. Having that expertise is invaluable. I would never hesitate to use Stacy Smith again I would recommend her to anybody and everybody that asked me including family. It turned what can be a very arduous and challenging experience into one that was actually enjoyable.
