We personally were undecided, due to life circumstances, on whether to remain in Iowa or having to relocate out of state. Each time we considered purchasing Stacey was right there with a smile on her face for the many many showings, always incredibly helpful and sharing her expertise. When the time was finally right, Stacey jumped right in and walked with us through another number of showings and our endless measuring, until we finally found our perfect home. She was incredibly communicative, set expectations, checked in on us to answer any questions and was with us to the end...or more so the beginning! This was my first time buying, and it was definitely an experience. Through it all Stacey was an amazing help. She was very knowledgeable and was willing to answer all of my questions, no matter how dumb. She made this stressful process manageable, and has continued to be a great resource even after closing. A friend recommended Stacey very highly, and that was a critical factor in scheduling an introductory appointment with her. I couldn't be more enthusiastic in my recommendation of Stacey Smith! We started early, so we could get the value of her experience. She provided recommendations of what investments to make in upgrades, referrals for contractors, changes to make, and how best to stage the property, to get the purchase price we were asking. Once these investments were made, we were ready to list. Stacey had a photographer come in and take photos and a video walk-through of the property to include with the listing. The house was listed, and an offer was received in 2 days!!! Before we even had an open house! We accepted a cash offer for full price! We definitely had some hurdles, with final closing documents needing to be signed by power-of-attorney, but she handled everything that came up. She did the research so we were ready when the documents were ready to be signed. we highly recommend Stacey! You should definitely meet with her! You won't be disappointed!
