Originally from Charlotte, NC, I moved to the Grand Strand in 2005 and began my career in Real Estate. Buyer reviewAttention all buyers and sellers if you are looking for the Number One Realtor in the Myrtle Beach area including north and south, please make contact with Staci Smith. My experience with Staci as my Realtor was by far the greatest. Staci works 7 days a week including all hours of the day/night and she made me feel like that I was her only client and believe me I did request lots of her time. And yes I did have my ups and downs during this process but absolutely no fault of hers only because of the unusual process the seller required. Staci stood strong for us even at times when I thought the purchase process was headed south. She stayed so positive, so calm and most of all "so helpful" not knowing if this purchase was going to happen or not. She was with us every minute and not one time did she tell us she did not have time. Look no more for that special Realtor because Staci is that person. THANK YOU "STACI SMITH" FOR BEING THE GREATEST!

Buyer reviewStaci was very persistant to resolve any problems or issues that needed to be fixed or addressed with the sellers and other agent. Also, she went above and beyond doing investigative research to help the lawyers resolve a big problem with the title. Her efforts in assisting me will always be remembered as I will definitely use her as my agent in the near future with some investment properties. Very professional. She listened to my requests and hustled to meet my deadlines. I am grateful to have her as my agent. Upon entering the office, I was immediately greeting by a very kind, approachable receptionist. She had a way of "calming the storm" of home buying in a town that I was not familiar with. All other staff treated me as an important person (even though my appearance was very "beachy"/casual in shorts, sandals). Lastly, Mr. Broadhurst went out of his way to aquire closing documents from the sale of my previous home, notarized them, and made sure I had everything I needed......Century 21 Broadhurst was GREAT!
