I started to look to buy homes as investment properties. I called many realtors including Staci. Staci Smith simply worked harder and smarter than anyone else. I explained what I wanted and every day she emailed good potentials. Since I work during the day, she worked around my schedule meeting me before work, during lunch hours and after work or on a week-end. Staci provided vendors for inspections and watched for overcharges. After the sale she even reviewed my closing costs and discovered a $175 overcharge on my settlement papers. Bottom line, Staci's service began before the sale and continued after the closing. Staci never missed any details and she followed up on each issue. I have purchased over 7 properties in my lifetime and Staci was the best realtor that I have ever used. I often thought that after I quit my day job and retired, that I might sell real estate to supplement my retirement. After watching the efforts of Staci, I realize that is a lot of work. Staci really opened my eyes to the amount of time and effort that a good realtor must spend. Knowledge of the area, emailing the properties, scheduling the appointments, meeting buying and sellers based on their schedules, recommending and scheduling inspections, vendor price checks, confirming signing of paperwork, closing, post closing, etc. She is a tireless professional and I she will be the only realtor that I call when I need a realtor.
