Buyer reviewSusan Thomas is the complete package when it comes to finding a realtor who will help you through every aspect of finding and buying a home from pre-approval to closing. She is committed to helping you find the right house, not just one in your price range. If the home you want to see has certain risks, Susan will discuss those issues with you beforehand. Did I realize that one house is in a flood plain and will require expensive flood insurance, is manufactured on pillars, has outdated circuit breakers, sold "as is" or failed its septic inspection? Once it came to putting in an offer for a house, Susan was just as insightful. We were adamant about needing a home inspection and Susan respected our wishes. We found the perfect first home in just under two months! Overall, if you are looking for an honest, friendly, tenacious realtor with several years of experience, Susan is your best bet.
