Having been around Susan for the past 13 years we knew Susan had all of the qualities it takes to make an excellent agent. since we were in a bidding process , we liked how Susan went out of her way to deliver the bid at the stated time. It happened to be a Sunday evening no less. she also introduced us to the clause dealing with increasing the bid if we needed to beat another bid.
