Seller reviewI've worked with Susan Thomas in the past, and I didn't even consider working with anyone else once it was time to sell our condo. Working with Susan has always been a pleasure... I never had to worry about follow through with Susan. She's 100% on her game, and that's what makes working with her such a positive experience. Susan is absolutely amazing... you can clearly see how much she loves her job. She's always on the ball, and so pleasant to be around. We definitely miss spending time with her! I really like that Susan uses a professional photographer to really get the best pictures of your property. When showings were requested, I would receive a text message with all the pertinent information. All I can do to was type C for confirm and bingo! We couldn't be happier with our experience with Susan. My mother recommended her years ago, and thank goodness she's still a realtor today. We wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else on the sale of our condo.

Seller reviewSusan Thomas was great in answering my questions in a timely manner. Very accessible with the overall process. She let me know immediately that we had contracts coming after the first weekend the house was shown. I was glad that I did what Susan had suggested in getting the house ready as it sold much quicker than I'd expected, which was good. Susan was very professional throughout the entire process.

We were always on the same page thanks to excellent communication through emails and texts that included Susan, myself & my husband. I would recommend Susan to everyone I know... she's absolutely amazing. My husband and I really appreciated her knowledge, guidance and patience. After viewing several homes and not finding "the one", we became a bit frustrated. But Susan was always so positive, insuring that we would find the right home for us. Seller reviewOur sale was extremely stressful due to our particular buyers, but Susan really worked to keep me and my husband as patient and optimistic as possible. She helped talk us through our responses - pros and cons of each move we made - and was willing to do what was best for us as the sellers even when that meant discussing putting our property back on the market and breaking our contract with our prospective buyers. She is was very attentive and maintained her professionalism through out the whole ordeal.

I especially liked that she was always available for last minute showings and took as much time as we needed or was willing to hurry through a showing if it wasn't something we seemed interested in. She is not pushy at all. Susan is a realtor with integrity which is so refreshing!
