Teresa was great with my purchase of recreational property. I found the property in Ohio on Zillow and lived in NJ. The sellers agent would not return my calls so I found Teresa on Zillow. She responded quickly and before long I was under contract and on my way to Ohio to check out the property which was 92 acres. When I arrived I was surprised to see that she was wearing boots and ready to walk the property with me. Other agents I have used have sat in their vehicles and told me to walk the property myself. After a very long hike I knew I wanted the property and she was able to negotiate the price down a bit more which was great. The rest of the process to closing was very smooth and she was always available for questions and frequently checked in to see how things were going. I would highly recommend Teresa to anyone looking to purchase a home or property in the area.

This was my first time working with an agent. I was skeptical and was going to try and sale the home myself. I am very happy I chose not to do so. Teresa provided everything I could hope for in an agent and then some. She was honest, hard working, and most importantly always available. She kept my up to date the whole way and took the stress away of trying to sell a home. Always responded to my questions right away. Overall I'm very satisfied.

Once she helped me find my home, she was was fast and effective, always on top of everything, staying several steps ahead, and keeping me informed every step of the way. She made sure that this home was move in ready, got exactly what I wanted and more at closing. She has the best connections in the business and I felt confident in all of the inspections, my loan officer, etc because Teresa spoke so highly of them. I just knew she would never steer me wrong! I really appreciate how Teresa kept me informed of what was happening throughout this process. She made sure that everyone else involved in the loan, inspections, etc didn't drag their feet, so that I could get into my new home as quickly as possible. Teresa just goes the extra mile for her clients. She's a wonderful person inside and out. I hope to not have to go through this process again anytime soon, but I would ONLY do so with Teresa representing me. I recommend her to all of my friends and family, as I know, she gives 110% to her clients. I'm so thankful to her for everything and I'm blessed to have moved into a beautiful new home and made a friend for life in the process, too. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU! Teresa was the best agent I had met she listened to all aspects of what i was looking for and never gave up on us .
