Teresa Ketchell made my home buying experience fun, as stress free as possible, and an overall positive experience. From the beginning stages of looking at homes she was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and efficient. She gave me ideas I otherwise wouldn't have had, she would send me articles to help me understand different aspects of buying a home. She reached out to many other professionals to help answer my questions and also to help me get the best possible deal on a home loan. She always made me feel like I was her only client. She made me feel important and that she wanted the absolute best for me and my kids. Once she helped me find my home, she was was fast and effective, always on top of everything, staying several steps ahead, and keeping me informed every step of the way. She made sure that this home was move in ready, got exactly what I wanted and more at closing. She has the best connections in the business and I felt confident in all of the inspections, my loan officer, etc because Teresa spoke so highly of them. I just knew she would never steer me wrong! I really appreciate how Teresa kept me informed of what was happening throughout this process. She made sure that everyone else involved in the loan, inspections, etc didn't drag their feet, so that I could get into my new home as quickly as possible. Teresa just goes the extra mile for her clients. She's a wonderful person inside and out. I hope to not have to go through this process again anytime soon, but I would ONLY do so with Teresa representing me. I recommend her to all of my friends and family, as I know, she gives 110% to her clients. Teresa was the best agent I had met she listened to all aspects of what i was looking for and never gave up on us . Teresa was always available for ANY questions I may have had. She worked very hard to get buyers in to look at the house. She has tenacity and amazing communication. She helped me understand the selling process and procedures. See comments on other page. The house was not an easy sell due to spiral staircase going to upstairs bedrooms. The house is smaller and is more for single or married couple with only 1 child. I understood the barriers that faced the selling of the home. Teresa had the house sold, and we were in contract. We required an extension. The buyer refuses to sign and backed out of contract. Teresa has the house in contract for second time within weeks. Second buyer bought the home. I believe that if it were any other agent, I would be awaiting for a buyer still.

Teresa Ketchell was amazing throughout the entire selling experience. She is very open and honest about what to expect, she communicated clearly and frequently, and she is very hard working. We had spoken to many realtors who promised to help us and stay in contact and Teresa was the first to do so. She is great!!
