Buyer reviewTeresa really went above and beyond helping us. Initially we were struggling to find a realtor to even help us and that really surprised me considering we were pre-approved for our loan. I thought that was supposed to be the difficult part but it was actually the easy part. I absolutely did not like the realtor experience until I met Ms. Ketchell. She took the time to update us about new listings, school districts,inspectors and many other components we were unfamiliar with. If all the Realtors were more like her there would be many more satisfied customers and more people comfortable using a realtor service. She is an absolute asset to any agency she works for. So thank you century 21/Teresa Ketchell for helping me find my happy home!

Seller reviewTeresa was awesome from day one. She was energetic, personable, and a wonderful negotiator. Teresa kept close contact with us throughout the entire experience. She was very accommodating in that she made several trips to our house at our convenience to sign papers or pick up receipts. She did a great job negotiating price so that we received the amount we needed to get out of it. She was very professional and provided a great experience. Very thankful to have had her for our agent. I highly recommend her and have recommended her to others.
