Seller reviewI had a country property I needed to sell. The property had many issues. Tony prioritized the issues. I was overwhelmed with the extent of the issues. Tony's leadership helped me decide what issues needed immediate attention and what issues needed to be put on the back burner. Tony's advice to have well, septic, house, and pest inspection completed prior to placing the property on the market served the sale very well. As a result, every potential buyer had a complete understanding of the condition of the property. Tony referred a gardener to address the hugely overgrown trees and bushes, and perform a general cleanup of the property. Tony referred house cleaners that made the three houses sparkle. Under Tony's guidance, the property went from one that showed poorly to one that was inviting and attractive. The buyer made the sale difficult. Tony was able to defuse all difficult situations and kept the sale alive. The property sold at a price I was very happy with. Tony knows how to market a property, how to treat buyers and sellers in a friendly and positive fashion, and he knows how to make the a sale happen. You will not be disappointed should you select Tony as your agent.

Buyer reviewTony Lander was more than just a broker. During the process of choosing and then finalizing a home you had become a part of the family. Through critical engagement and emotional intelligence Tony Lander made the experience memorable and smooth. Something that everyone is aware of but have yet to embrace. I would recommend Tony Lander over and over again. Thank you Tony Lander for making our experience one to remember and looking forward to working with you again. Always humble and grateful for your time and expertise. A true expert in the trade and business. Always able to listen and comprehend our wants and needs. Constant interactions between parties involved. Mental fortitude to expertly converse the lingo in our stead for our benefit and comfort. Always keeping our interest in the heading of each site viewed. Again, Tony Lander is more than just a broker. More than just a broker but a part of the family. Throughout the process from the first encounter to the final decision Tony Lander has portrayed the family member who is also in the interest of his clients. A person that you just don't talk business about but who shares the business with you as a family member. Always eager and always able to make the meetings meaningful more than just an instance of meeting for business. Someone who was able to explain what a FROG is when asked. The firm has made it an epic event in our lives by providing the best and most knowledgeable person to assist us in this life changing moment. Tony Lander has shared the process with us and has made it his goal as well as ours to ensure the smoothest of all transactions in our lives.

Seller reviewThis was our third transaction with Tony and it was successful just as the rest. Our family was relocating out of the state and we had already purchased a home that was being built. When our new home was set to be completed ahead of schedule and things started to feel stressful for us, Tony was so great! He did everything he could to get our home into escrow quickly and with the right buyer. When we had reservations about the terms of our new buyer, he went the extra mile and asked a ton of questions and helped ease our minds so we could confidently move forward with a quick 2 week close. We so appreciated Tony's knowledge, positivity, honesty and kindness in all the times we've worked together. We highly recommend Tony for all real estate needs!

Buyer reviewTony was a referral from my sister. I gave her a list of qualities I was looking for in an agent and he exceeded my expectations. Tony is dedicated, has strong communication skills, driven, easy going and has a great sense of humor. All of those qualities made searching for and buying a home a pleasant and mildly stress free experience. Tony did an excellent job negotiating the details of the purchase of my house. I had some requests that took some finesse and he handled it with ease. In the end both parties were pleased. I couldn't be happier with all my interactions I had with Tony. I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling a house! He will be diligent, professional and personable. You will not be disappointed! My overall experience has been very positive!

Buyer reviewTony Lander was easy to talk to, very personable, kind, and always lighthearted. I felt comfortable very quickly which says a lot! Buying your first home is very personal! Tony's effort in advocating on my behalf and making sure my needs were being addressed by the seller was huge! It was a difficult transaction with lots of twists and turns (no fault of Tony's!) and he was there every step of the way.

Seller reviewTony Lander is an excellent agent. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, hard working, and easy to work with. I felt supported in every step of the process and will gladly work with him again in the future!
