Seller reviewMy wife and I originally met Tony a couple of years ago when we were checking out open houses to see if we wanted to get into the market. As soon as we started talking with Tony we knew we were in good hands and would be taken care of. We started the process with Tony to see what we could get qualified for and what it would take to sell our place and decided to hold off for a little bit. Tony stayed in touch, but wasn't over bearing at all or try to pressure us into the market, even when we reached out to him a second time to look at going on the market. Once we were finally in a good spot we reached out to Tony again and it was like we had just spoken the day before! Tony put together a SOLID plan on what needed to be done to the property we wanted to sell. He put us in contact with great and trustworthy group of vendors (Home Inspector, House cleaner, General contractor, etc). He made sure that while we were gearing up to get the place on the market we were getting approved for a loan and set us up to get daily emails on places within our parameters of what we wanted to buy. Once we were approved and our place was on the market we starting activley going out and looking at all options. Tony always made sure to make us feel heard and answer any questions we had, no matter how off the wall they were! One of the things we most appreciated was Tony knew when and how to have some of the hard conversations, he was always a professional and always made sure we knew what to expect so we were not caught off guard or confused on what came next in the process. When we sold our place he worked hard to get our offer accepted on a place we really liked and made it happen. The entire time he made sure we and everyone else involved with the sale and purchased was kept in the loop and on the same page. He busts his butt 24/7, you would be crazy to go with a different realtor!

I felt like he truly cared for us and wanted to put us in the right home. He was super helpful and knowledgeable the entire time, and helped inform us on some pretty major decisions. He was very flexible, his communication was very open and always got back to us very quickly. I feel lucky that we found someone as great as Tony to work with, I couldn't imagine dealing with anyone else!
