We could not have asked for a better agent than Yumi! We were selling our home and buying another so timing and attention to detail was key. Yumi has excellent communication skills and she uses them in a very professional manner. She is always polite, friendly and patient which help a lot when negotiating with the buyer and the other agent. She always kept me informed of the current status of the process as well as the next steps to be taken, I initially considered selling the property on my own and I am happy I didn't, although I considered myself able to deal with contracts and difficult personalities, with the multitude of unfamiliar forms I would have had to deal with, I would have been lost.

Yumi Kim is very personable and conducts herself in a professional manner. Her obvious dedication and knowledge of the tricks of the trade along with her alert nature and attention to detail help to complete the process seamlessly.
