Not only did she make recommendations, but she went as far as getting the vendors and materials necessary to get the job done, within the timeframe required for the whole process. Yumi was a great leader throughout this process. She kept in contact with seller agent, escrow, and lender to make sure we were up to date with the process. On the day we closed, she even surprised by wrapping our front door with a red ribbon for us cut. It made that day even more special. Those little things matter and she exceeded our expectations.

She helped us understand the market. She helped us get through mounds of paperwork. She always sought to make things as easy as possible for us. She was always readily available to us. I loved that she was willing to explore with us as we tried to find the right fit for us. She worked to find the best financial services for us. She never stopped at the point of just good enough - she always went beyond! We highly recommend her.
