Buyer reviewSara was extremely accommodating! She was willing to walk us through several houses on a Sunday, which I understand isn't the most ideal way to spend a weekend. We appreciated her availability and willingness to work with our schedules during all aspects of the process; signing papers, showings, walk through, etc. We are so happy with our experience with Sara and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Working with Sara Van Wychen, we were able to sell the house quickly and for a price we were really happy with. This was a long distance sale that went very smoothly thanks to Sara. Her follow up, her excellent communication skills and her professional and timely document preparation were much appreciated. I never felt the need to get a lawyer involved ... and I think that says a lot.
