Buyer reviewWe put an offer on a house that was contingent upon the sale of our current home. It was overwhelming to think about all of the things that needed to take place in a short amount of time in order for the sale to go through in our favor. In less than a week, Sara worked with us to list and show our house, accept an offer, and purchase our dream home. She was friendly and accessible throughout the whole process, and I felt like she did everything with our best interests in mind. Seller reviewSara is always very good about quickly responding to any questions/concerns we have. A previous broker took 24+ hours to respond and Sara responds within a few hours. Sara was very easy to get in contact with. If she was unavailable, I felt we were her first priority because we received a return call/text within a few hours. We have no complaints at all..................everything went very smoothly from the initial offer to closing. We had this home for sale for 4 1/2 months with a different broker. Sara came on board and we had an accepted offer within two weeks.
