I would like to say that I could not have found a better pair of people (Erin Evans and her husband Ron) to help with my purchase of my first house. This has been such a smooth process, and I am completely satisfied with everything that they have helped me with. I was very fortunate to have them as my real esate agents, and would always recommend them for if my friends ask about purchasing or selling property. Erin Evans and her husband Ron went above and beyond a to provide me helpful advice, and a stress free experience with purchasing a home.

I would highly recommend Erin and Ron Evans (Team Evans) to anyone buying or selling a home. I was moving from Las Vegas to Oahu, so therefore, a lot of the transactions had to be done at a distance. I first found Erin's name just googling Hawaii realty companies and she was the first person to get back to me quickly so she gained my business right off the bat. The superb excellent customer service did not stop there. I flew to Hawaii for only three days to find a home. Erin and Ron picked my mom and I up at our hotel and took us to see many homes. I told them, "I'd really like to be in escrow before I leave." Working deals, writing counteroffers, and negotiating through all hours of the night, they made it happen before I walked on that plane!!! I was surprised and felt they really gave me their all (even though, I'll admit, I wasn't a high-purchasing customer... but they NEVER made me feel like that). They always returned my calls/texts/emails within minutes. They even FaceTimed with me for my final walk through. When I flew back to pick up my keys, they picked my mom and I up at the airport and took me to my new home. They have constantly reached out and said, "let us know if you need anything" and it is very genuine. I've never experienced customer service so personal, genuine, professional, and comforting. My only regret is that I did not purchase my previous home from them in Las Vegas. (However, I think they are only licensed in Hawaii). I give my utmost recommendation to Erin and Ron Evans for anyone buying or selling a home. If you're seasoned in the business or new to real estate, they will meet all of your needs. I can't say enough about these amazing people!

Erin was the single best realtor with whom we have worked over the years. She is highly professional and knows the market. She is detailed and communicates well. We would highly recommend her.
