It was very clear Erin was interested in helping us and not worried about a commission check. She worked quickly and got our home on the market in less than a week. We listed on a Wednesday and had a full asking price offer four days later with a back up offer the following day. Selling a home requires a lot more steps than the mainland. Erin handled those extra service requirements (example: termite inspection and cleaning service). She referred reliable and inexpensive service professionals to take care of the repairs required to complete the sale. Erin was an effective buffer between us and the buyer's agent who was a pain to work with. I wouldn't use anyone else to buy or sell a home for us in Hawaii.

Erin communicated with us on a daily basis. She aggressively followed up with prospective buyers who visited our home via open houses and scheduled visits. Erin was great to work with. Her knowledge about our location was an invaluable asset to have. She was honest and upfront with what she thought the value for the house was and the house sold at the value she thought it was worth. She does a good job in explaining why its beneficial to price the house at a realistic selling cost instead of over estimating the value and having to keep making price corrections in order to sell the house. She was very accommodating to our busy work schedule and wouldn't hesitate meeting us on a weeknight at 8pm, or on Saturdays. She worked around our schedule which made it a whole lot easier on us.
