As first time home buyers, we were nervous about the buying process, but having Emmett in our corner was very reassuring. He reminded us about important dates and appointments and arranged for everything beautifully, and patiently answered our (many) questions promptly and patiently. I don't think we could have bought our dream property without him.

She went out of her way to make our home offers as strong as they could be in this highly competitive market. She was available day and night 7 days a week. Emmett was extremely professional, and very helpful through the whole process. Less one the cleaning person, all of his connections to help get the house ready for sale were competent, prompt with their services, and had fair prices. Emmett helped us figure out which work was worth completing for the best ROI for the sale. I will definitely work with Emmett again if we have further real estate needs in the area. Emmett was great through the whole process. Every aspect was intelligent and thought out and helpful. I don't like yard signs, so I can't give an excellent score here. Historically, I don't really like dealing with real estate agents. Not the case with Emmett, he is very personable, intelligent, and just enjoyable to work with. Nothing about our interactions made me feel pressured or like sleezy sales tactics were going on (previous agents have made me feel this way).
