Buyer reviewKimberly Hayes; Real estate Agent supreme. My wife and I decided to move to Maryland and Kimberly became our agent. Super Agent Kimberly listened to our wants and needs often my wife and I would disagree on location, Lusby goes too far north, or style, she wants a single floor ranch and I would like multiple floors and of course the price she wants to be conservative I want big house big property big price tag. Kimberly found us a perfect home in a perfect location, we did not think we could afford where we bought, and at a price that is well below our target budget. Kimberly Hayes surpassed all of my expectations, Very easy to communicate with, asked important questions that we did not even consider. She was like somebody we had known for a long time, always helping and keeping us informed. Like all new homeowners we are very happy with our new home, albeit from afar, but the weird thing is, it sort of feels like we are moving back home, to a place we know and love, not a new neighborhood in a new state on a new coast. Coast to coast Kimberly Hayes has made this life changing event less stressful, more enjoyable and now we are ready come home.
