I was licensed in Kentucky in 1982 as a sales associate. In 1984 I qualified for my Brokers License and managed my first office in Florence, Kentucky. In 1986 I passed my apprentice Auctioneers exam and over the next three years completed the requirements to become a Principal Auctioneer. Over the last30 years I have become a leader in the real estate community throughout Kentucky. In 2001, I was named "REALTOR of the Year" by the Northern Kentucky Association of REALTORS. Currently. I am the principal broker of CENTURY 21 Garner Properties. Doug is very friendly and you immediately feel comfortable in his presence. Any communication with Doug was done with ease and confidence. Doug is extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of home buying and selling. He always knew the answers with whatever we asked him. We have never met or worked with anyone who always answered his phone. It was impressive. I'm not sure how he does it!
