Patient to deal with all from the buyer side of the equation with the multiple bids, heartache in losing out then TENACIOUS IN HIS PURSUIT TO HELP US AQUIRE our home in University Hills, Irving TX. Having had the privilege of using JFC21 agent Phyllis Wolper from their Denton Office, I was equally satisfied with Eric Hinton out of the Irving Office. I would highly recommend either of the fine real estate agents but more importantly, there are great Pedro-let working with an outstanding firm, Judge Fite Century 21.

Buyer reviewI was very happy with Eric throughout the entire process. With open houses, he came very prepared with property and market research on every property. He was flexible and set aside time - never felt rushed through the process. Eric was also very responsive - answering calls within 3 rings on nearly every call was great. He also has gone above and beyond with the after sales process (getting keys, doing walk throughs, and corresponding) especially with us being remote. Thanks Eric!
