Mark is a total badass. 10/10, deserves a raise and promotion. He was very helpful and timely when it came to answering any of my questions. When it came to showings and meetings he was very flexible and helped rearrange them around my work schedule.

Mark was amazing. I had never sold a home before and Mark helped both right-size my expectations and helped me focus on the big picture and not get hung up on details that were ultimately not that important. He also carefully managed my anxiety and did an excellent job of keeping us informed every step of the way. He had to schedule over 60 broker visits with clients in a jam-packed 3 day schedule and kept us informed almost hourly so we could navigate our lives. Mark communicated with agents with clients who were serious about making offers and gave them insight on what we wanted and what our priorities were. In so doing he also helped us get amazing offers... NINETEEN of them in fact, over just 3 days on the market! Then before sitting down with us, Mark put together a spreadsheet that highlighted the salient points of each offer and gave us his opinions on which ones were the strongest, which included an analysis on which ones were likely to be the smoothest transactions. With that many offers, that was a LOT of work. With his guidance we were able to get some of the offers improved significantly and ultimately wound up choosing buyers that were as eager to buy our home as we were to enjoy the benefits of the sale. Once the escrow was opened, Mark continued communicating with the buyer's agent and their lenders to make sure there were no unforeseen issues. He really managed the process from start to finish with the help of an amazing Escrow team and a crack Transaction Coordinator. He was quick to communicate when he had information for us, and would even reach out just to check on us to see how we were doing. He was professional, patient, kind and understanding. He was also our fierce advocate and made sure our interests were represented, sometimes even by reminding us of the end game when we were in danger of getting in our own way. Mark not only managed the transaction, he managed us.

We were in a very unique situation when buying our home. We were very specific about the area/location and school district that we wanted. Mark was very knowledgeable, professional and flexible in accommodating our busy schedules. We were never left in the dark with anything because he was great at communicating every single detail.
